Regulatory Compliance & Privacy Protocols
FINTRAC Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
In strict adherence to the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA), 101GROUP enforces rigorous client identification, source of funds verification, and politically exposed persons (PEP) validation across all transaction thresholds.
PIPEDA Confidentiality Standards
Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) governance ensures client financial documentation, credit bureau dossiers, and personal identity records are encrypted with military-grade AES-256 protocols and stored strictly within Canadian sovereign servers.
Conflict of Interest & Arm's Length Guarantee
Clients retain full autonomy to elect real estate, mortgage, or construction services independently without cross-conditioning. All transactional benefits, builder commissions, or referral fees are formally disclosed in writing prior to retainer execution.
The Fiduciary Duty of Unified Oversight
“In conventional property markets, fragmentation creates defensive silos. The real estate agent faults the lender for delayed financing; the mortgage broker points fingers at the contractor for budget escalations; the general contractor operates without regard for appraisal equity.”
At 101GROUP, we eliminate blame-shifting completely. By coordinating licensed real estate advisory, institutional debt syndication, and architectural construction under one unified fiduciary oversight, your capital is safeguarded at every milestone of the property lifecycle.
